Predatory practice. We are considering suing you all for taking advantage of our son. This place preys upon students - especially foreign students. You think because our son is a foreign student we are a wealthy family? No, it took most of our savings to send him here for a better life than we have in our country. And then, for you all to push extra services upon him that we’re neither necessary nor asked for is despicable. You take advantage of our son’s inexperience with the world and make him think he needed all this extra stuff and then charge him an astronomical fee. At no point was the cost discussed until you already performed the work. This isnt conjecture. We took him to another doctor that came much more recommended than you. They confirmed that the work you did was unnecessary and predatory. Be thankful that we come from a country where we don’t solve all of our issues by suing you - though the American trend of a lawsuit does seem appealing right now.

It was a wonderful experience with the Staff of Aspen dental Champaign . The staff worked together seamlessly. Outstanding physician and an incredible synchronized clinical team.They mobilized quickly to get the job done.Thank you for coordinating everything so perfectly in one visit without multiple appointments.

I had to choose a new dentist because my insurance changed, and I selected this office because of its location and the services they offer. From my very first visit, everyone has been professional, kind, and respectful of my time. The dentist was great, and the entire staff made me feel welcome. However, the dental assistant, Jada Davis, truly stood out. She was amazing—professional, patient, gentle, kind, and very helpful. She made me feel comfortable throughout my visit and showed genuine care. Jada is a natural at what she does. We need more people in the medical field who are as confident, compassionate, and professional as she is. I hope she continues to pursue this career because she is truly making a difference. Overall, I had an excellent experience, and I plan to continue coming to this dental office. Thank you to the entire team, and a special thank you to Jada for making my visit such a positive one.

I had a wonderful experience from first call to schedule an appointment. I had to be seen asap for terrible pain. When I arrived the next day checking in with Leslie was a smooth process. Ashley took all the many X-rays needed and was very quick and efficient at her task! Melody did a thorough exam of each tooth and recommended a care plan moving forward. The dentist that looked at my tooth explained what was going on and his recommendation for extraction. I can’t recall his name but he was covering for the regular dentist who was on vacation. Then back to Leslie to schedule follow up visit and go over all the financial aspects. She was friendly and helpful! This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist office! Highly recommend this location for all your dental care ❤️

I H ATE long reviews but this is worth reading… I jumped the gun on that 5 star review. After the numbing medicine wore off I realized he worked on the WRONG tooth. He was 3 teeth away from the problem. The x ray tech took pics that didn’t even fully include the tooth I was complaining about. So he ground down the top of my new crown. It now feels flat on top. I called about an hour after we left and the lady that answered the phone kinda hinted at the fact that I wasn’t charged for the visit. That they just did a quick assessment and they would TRY to call me back later that day. No call back that day nor the next. I mean cmon a quick assessment should have been correct X-rays. The xray tech had zero instructions or just thought pics of most of the area was sufficient. She had no idea about the crown or even where it was. Obviously, I’m happy to pay to have the CORRECT tooth fixed than not be charged for work that was needed to a tooth that wasn’t an issue. I get to go back to my regular dentist when he gets back to address the tooth that’s causing me problems and to assess what Aspen did to my crown. One star because they were friendly in the beginning. Disregar
